This is the english summary of the original terms and conditions for the Espazzola-shop in German. This summary is provided for your convenience. In case of conflict, the german text takes precedence.
For statistical purposes we use aggregated and anonymized data of visits to our website through Google analytics. If you don’t agree with this practice you can prevent collection of your data by using suitable blockers or browser plugins without compromising your shopping experience.
Lastly we provide the possibility to connect to us or others through social media. Please note that social media companies (e.g. Twitter Inc. or Facebook Inc.) can also collect personal information from you in this process.
We guarantee all merchandise sold by espazzola.ch. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt for refund.
To return an item please contact us and send the item(s) to the adress stated above. You need to cover all shipping costs for the return. In turn you are eligible for refund of the full purchase price (including costs of shipping to you). We do not refund additional taxes or fees imposed by third parties.
All international shipments to consumers are made through German Post or DHL. Your order will be processed asap and you will receive an email notification once your shipment has left our fulfilment service provider, normally within 48 hours (except on weekends), including a tracking number if applicable.
Please note that we provide rough estimates in our shop of how long it will take for your purchase to reach its destination. These are for your convenience only and cannot be guaranteed, mostly because we cannot predict how long your shipment needs to be processed by customs.
Our products are offered for sale subject to availability and our acceptance of your order, which we reserve the right to reject without reason. However, we will inform you as soon as possible if the products you have ordered are not available or if your order has not been accepted, and a full refund will be given for orders which are rejected.
We may from time to time issue gift or promotional codes relating to the purchase of the products. These gift or promotional codes will only be available on the terms specified at the time of issue. Should you attempt to make an order for products using a gift or promotional code issued to another individual and/or for purposes other than those for which it was granted, we shall be entitled to reject such order. A refund will be given for all rejected orders.
After you have placed an order with us for the purchase of products, you will receive an e-mail confirming the transaction of your order.
All prices quoted are in Swiss Francs (CHF), are exclusive of TAX and are accurate at the time of publication, except in cases of obvious error. The price doesn’t include delivery cost. During checkout an additional fee for handling and shipping will be added and VAT will be included, where applicable.

The Espazzola has been designed as a tool for cleaning group-heads of espresso machines. We do not accept any liability for damage caused to your espresso machine or other devices whilst using the Espazzola.
